• Conducted user research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and define core MVP features. • Created information architecture and user flows for teachers and students to ensure intuitive navigation and task efficiency./ • Developed wireframes and a high-fidelity functional prototype in Figma, showcasing the key user scenarios of lesson creation, analytics management, and online interaction. • Collaborated on feature prioritization and MVP scope definition based on usability testing results and stakeholder feedback. Goal: To design an MVP of an online educational platform for a Ukrainian speed-reading startup. Based on prior research and competitor analysis, I developed a functional prototype aimed at helping teachers create and conduct lessons, manage analytics and KPIs, and keep all learning materials in one place. The platform also allowed students to join lessons and interact directly with assignments online.
