The user interview was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of users’ experiences with online learning. It focused on exploring their motivations, goals, and the challenges they face during the learning process.
It explored what drives users to engage with online courses, the types of content formats they find most effective, and how these preferences align with their learning styles.
The insights gathered were essential for identifying and prioritizing the platform’s key features.

The main objective of the research was to identify the features that are most valuable to potential users. Understanding user preferences and priorities was key to ensuring that the MVP would meet their expectations.
It helped align the platform’s functionalities with real user needs, making it more user-friendly.

To analyze how direct competitors, such as GoIT (LMS), and indirect competitors, like Loom and Udemy, address similar challenges.
The goal was to conduct a usability review based on parameters like learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction to identify the strengths and weaknesses of these platforms.
